Yoga

According to Time magazine, 15 million Americans include
 
some  form of Yoga in their fitness regimen. Many come

for the physical aspects and leave feeling mentally and

spiritually renewed.


During your yoga class you will learn poses that will build strength,

develop flexibility and balance and instill calm.  You will also

enjoy deep breathing and relaxation in a fun and non-competitive

atmosphere.
