Yoga for Body, Mind & Spirit

For more than 5,000 years students of yoga have used this ancient art to develop physical flexibility and tone the body. Yoga is unlike other forms of  exercise because it helps us connect movement of the body and the fluctuations of the mind to the rhythm of our breath. Connecting the mind, body and breath helps us direct our attention inward. The National Center for Health Statistics estimated 57 million adults had persistent back pain and 29 million had neck pain during a three year month period in 2007.

All Levels Yoga - Hendricks Regional Health in Avon
Mondays, begins June 22
5:30 - 6:45 p.m.
Second class added due to demand  7-8:15 pm
$30 for 6 weeks


Yoga - Hendricks Regional Health in Plainfield
Thursdays, begins June 25

Beginning: 5:30 – 6:45 p.m.
Advanced: 7:00 – 8:15 p.m.
$30 for 6 weeks

You can sign up by visiting www.hendricks.org and choosing events. 

Please bring a yoga mat to class, wear loose, comfortable clothing and don't eat for at least 2 hours before class.

  Crystal Crews, Registered Yoga Teacher, brings to her classes over 25 years of yoga practice.  A teacher for 6 years, she has taught people from 4-86 years of age. Certified by the Yoga Alliance, Crystal is a member of the Indiana Yoga Association and a Reiki/Master Teacher.
